Job Description

Analytics Manager developing data strategies to drive business performance at Mondelēz International. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the D&A Supply Chain Management function.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners for strategic projects
  • Develop custom models to uncover signals/patterns and drive business performance
  • Execute the business analytics program agenda methodically to convey deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy
  • Build analytics tools that utilize data pipeline to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 8 + years of overall industry experience
  • 6 + years of experience in Product Management
  • Hands-on experience of coding on GCP Big Query , Databricks, and SQL
  • Familiar with the application of Data Security strategy
  • Familiar with well-known data engineering tools and platforms
  • Experience in working with data lake, data warehouse, data mart
  • Experience in Talend is highly desirable
  • Fluent with SQL, PL/SQL, and used analytics tools like BigQuery
