Job Description
Data Scientist supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the cloud-based analytical platform at Experian. Collaborating with teams for model building and data analysis responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with both internal and external data science teams to integrate and build models that the needs.
- Extract, create and manipulate data using Python and SQL within Snowpark container services.
- Learn and understand the structure of our Snowflake database and its relationship to our product environment.
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for individual projects.
- Innovate and contribute new ideas to improve business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Advanced Degree as an ideal.
- 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling especially with consumer credit underwriting, customer segmentation, and customer valuations.
