Job Description
Senior Data Scientist developing advanced analytics and data solutions at Mollica IT. Collaborating globally to generate insights from large datasets while applying statistical methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate insights and support decision-making;
- Develop statistical models and Machine Learning solutions to solve complex problems;
- Create data visualizations that communicate information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences;
- Develop and maintain analyses and experiments using data science tools and libraries;
- Collaborate with global teams, contributing to analytical initiatives and data-driven projects;
- Apply software engineering best practices to ensure quality, reproducibility, and scalability of developed solutions;
- Other related responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Portfolio showcasing representative data visualization work;
- Experience with Python;
- Knowledge of Pandas;
- Knowledge of Scikit-learn;
- Knowledge of Jupyter;
- Experience in Machine Learning;
- Experience in statistical modeling;
- Experience analyzing large-volume datasets;
- Experience with unstructured data;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL;
- Knowledge of Software Engineering practices;
- Knowledge of Git;
- Knowledge of Docker;
- Knowledge of AWS;
- Ph.D. in quantitative STEM fields (Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related areas);
- Completed bachelor's degree required.
