Job Description

Deal Desk Analyst supporting critical power solutions at Anord Mardix. Collaborating with sales and pricing teams to streamline deal structures and approvals.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer quotations and proposals for compliance with company policies
  • Partner with Lead Field Sales to structure deals that meet customer needs while achieving company profitability objectives
  • Evaluate discount requests, exceptions, and non-standard pricing deviations
  • Provide guidance on framework agreement structure and payment terms
  • Support strategic and high-value opportunities throughout the approval process and executive reviews
  • Manage deal approval workflows and ensure deals are reviewed within defined SLA period
  • Review and drive adherence to official pricing policy, discount thresholds, and approval matrices
  • Escalate exceptions and high-risk quotations to pricing and executive leadership
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for approvals and exceptions
  • Serve as a liaison between Lead Field Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals of non-standard quotation terms and conditions
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve commercial issues quickly

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Estimating, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting B2B sales
  • Ability to interpret pricing policies, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, quote approval systems, and CPQ
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
