Job Description
Delphi Developer designing enterprise-level applications for secure records management. Collaborating with teams in Ukraine and the U.S. to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Ukraine team and parent company to gather requirements, set goals, and meet deadlines
- Work closely with the Web UI developer
- Contribute to the architecture and design of new products and components
- Develop data server components for web applications and some desktop client applications
- Maintain and enhance existing products
- Research and evaluate new technologies as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Borland/Embarcadero Delphi 2010–XE8 or newer (VCL, WinAPI, Multithreading, Windows & Web services)
- Strong OOP knowledge and proven experience in client–server application development
- Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle is a plus)
- Familiarity with DevExpress and RemObjects components is welcome
- Ability to research, analyze tasks, and propose implementation concepts independently
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Solid understanding of UI best practices
- Knowledge of secure coding principles (Positive Security Model, OWASP)
