Job Description
Adobe Learning Manager Developer at SysMap focused on technology solutions that empower organizations. Responsible for managing LMS configurations, integrations, and support in educational journey design.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance learning tracks, courses, classes/cohorts, assessments, and reports in the LMS;
- Administer and customize Adobe Learning Manager according to business needs;
- Implement and maintain integrations with academic systems and external platforms;
- Develop and support integrations via APIs and event-driven mechanisms, when applicable;
- Implement and manage SSO (SAML/OIDC) and access profiles/permissions;
- Support course modeling, learning progression, and learning pathways;
- Create and optimize reports and learning analytics;
- Handle incident resolution and continuous platform improvement;
- Document configurations and support testing of new features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with LMSs, preferably Adobe Learning Manager (or equivalent — specify which);
- Experience with API integrations and, when applicable, event-based integrations;
- Knowledge of SSO and identity management (SAML and/or OIDC);
- Experience with access control via roles and permissions;
- Experience in course modeling, classes/cohorts, learning progression, and reporting;
- Experience designing learning journeys for healthcare/medical fields, including:
- Competency-based management;
- Structured assessments;
- Educational rubrics.
