Job Description
Design Engineer role at Ashby combining design and coding excellence for a product used by thousands. Collaborate to solve complex design challenges while iterating rapidly with user feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Design and code, combining excellence in both.
- Work on challenging design problems and improve the in-house design system.
- Help others enhance their designs.
- Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
Requirements:
- No more than 2 years of industry experience as a designer or engineer for Junior level.
- 2+ years of continuous experience as an Engineer or Designer for Mid and Senior levels.
- Good proficiency in both Design and Engineering.
- Exceptional proficiency in the discipline you practice full-time.
- Experience designing products and shipping code to hundreds of users.
