Job Description

Creative Graphic Designer at IPV7 developing visual materials for communication and marketing. Collaborating with marketing teams to strengthen brand identity and engagement through design.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt institutional graphic materials such as presentations, catalogs, sales proposals, and event materials.
  • Develop assets for digital and inbound marketing campaigns, including posts, banners, e-books, creatives, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent application of the visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Support the creation of campaigns and new visual concepts.
  • Produce supporting materials for internal and commercial teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure fast, creative, and goal-aligned deliveries.
  • Collaborate with social media and video editing professionals to maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Canva Pro.
  • Experience producing materials for digital channels and corporate/institutional communications.
  • Short-form video production and editing (Reels, Stories, clips) is a plus.
  • Experience with Motion Design or Web Design is also a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and good communication skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing work (posts, presentations, campaigns, videos, carousels, and other materials).
