Job Description
Dietitian Coach providing virtual nutrition counseling and health coaching to clients. Join a fast-growing practice focused on sustainable wellness solutions offering remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients
- Conduct client assessments
- Work with clients to develop a wellness vision
- Guide clients in developing weekly health and nutrition SMART goals
- Develop client education and treatment plans based on individual clients’ needs, vision and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
- Manage client scheduling
- Document and submit appointment notes
Requirements:
- Current CDR RD licensure
- 3+ years 1:1 counseling/coaching experience
- National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential or other coaching trainings or certifications
- Specialty experience a plus
