Job Description

Digital Designer supporting FMG's video-led marketing across web, email, and social channels. Collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill cross-department design requests with the Design Manager
  • Develop short- and long-form content: graphics, resource kits, social assets, ad creative, and presentation materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Build and update HubSpot emails and landing pages
  • Apply UX best practices and thoughtful layout design to drive clarity, engagement, and conversions
  • Propose messaging and design A/B test ideas and iterate based on insights
  • Collaborate on campaign planning to identify opportunities for video
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars/workshops, product demos, testimonials) into short-form, platform-specific formats
  • Edit raw footage and existing videos into engaging, conversion-friendly assets
  • Maintain and contribute to an evolving library of templates and motion assets
  • Champion a video-first mindset and contribute creative ideas that push the brand into new formats
  • Help operationalize repeatable design and video workflows that increase engagement and impact

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in digital or visual design (B2B SaaS or financial experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic motion/video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Experience designing email campaigns and landing pages (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and social-first design trends
  • Excellent collaboration and project communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and input across team
  • HubSpot certifications (Email, Marketing Software, Content) are a plus.
