Job Description
Senior Designer focusing on brand systems and integrated marketing campaigns for international clients. Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality visual execution in an agency-style environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve B2B brand systems, visual frameworks, and design guidelines
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Create campaign toolkits, key visuals, and assets for multi-channel execution
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, strategy)
- Translate business objectives and brand positioning into effective design solutions
- Present and explain design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Work efficiently in a remote, feedback-driven environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer
- Proven experience in B2B branding and marketing environments
- Strong background in brand systems, visual identity, and design guidelines
- Experience designing integrated campaigns (not only isolated assets)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and composition
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in English
- English level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)
