Job Description
Digital Investigations Consultant researching online threats and information operations for PGI, a global digital resilience consultancy. Producing concise intelligence assessments for governments, NGOs, and corporations.
Responsibilities:
- Research and attribute information operations
- Investigate state and non-state threat actors online
- Monitor online coordination of real-world harm
- Map and assess new TTPs and behaviours
- Produce concise threat reporting with clear context in line with PGI house style
- Support PGI's digital investigations work across digital threat and online harm
- Join the consultant network for potential future project-based assignments
Requirements:
- Experience in online research, digital investigations or open-source intelligence (OSINT)
- Investigative journalist mindset: curious and persistent
- Ability to write clear, concise assessments
- Fluency in a language other than English is highly advantageous, particularly Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, or Arabic
- Self-employed contractor or subcontractor status
- Not a recruitment agency or speculative recruitment profile
