Job Description
Digital Marketing Project Coordinator at LigaData coordinating marketing projects. Managing external contractors and enhancing social media presence with B2B marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent marketing projects.
- Brief, coordinate, and oversee external contractors (writers, video producers, designers) to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Track project status, flag risks early, and maintain organized records of briefs, assets, and approvals.
- Support and gradually take on LigaData's social media presence.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across platforms, within LigaData’s parameters.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Monitor online communications about LigaData.
- Serve as the communication link between contractors, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Timely draft clear written briefs, status updates, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, MIS or related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable.
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Arabic language ability.
- Technical or STEM background.
- Social media or content creation experience.
- Visual aesthetic sensibility.
- Interest in B2B technology or data-driven industries.
