Job Description
Adoption Digital Strategist assisting enterprise clients in AI transformation. Contributing to operating model design and organizational structures for sustainable AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to future-state operating model design for AI-enabled organizations
- Analyze current-state organizational structures, governance, and workflows
- Map decision rights, accountability structures, and cross-functional processes
- Support the design of new roles, team structures, and capability models required for AI adoption
- Help define governance forums and escalation pathways
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to assess organizational readiness
- Develop org design options, RACI matrices, and role clarity documentation
- Identify structural barriers to AI adoption and propose practical redesign solutions
- Support implementation of new operating rhythms and collaboration models
- Translate AI strategy into practical operating model components for Adobe Products
- Support adoption planning across workstreams and business units
- Define operating model success metrics (role clarity, decision velocity, governance effectiveness)
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital transformation, operating model design, organizational design, and top tier Management Consulting experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or multi-workstream transformation programs
- Working knowledge of organizational design frameworks and governance models
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate strategy into structural recommendations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and expert level power point design skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
