Job Description

Workday Configurator role designing and supporting HCM and Security configurations for HR operations in a global team. Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Workday Core and Security Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand core and security requirements and translate them into effective system configurations within the Workday.
  • Understanding the internal change management process to ensure adherence to our internal review and audit processes.
  • Conducting system configuration including prototyping, testing, validate configurations, and ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the Workday system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Workday Core HCM set up with other HR systems and processes.
  • Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Core and Security modules and configurations.

Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Workday Core HCM and Security are preferred.
  • Have extensive experience in configuring and implementing Workday Core HCM and Workday Security module for global organizations.
  • Have good understanding of Workday HCM modules and their integration points with Core HCM module.
  • Knowledge of Time and Absence configuration is a plus.
  • Have the ability to translate security requirements into the configuration enabling role-based workflow and data security.
  • Have a good understanding of Workday security and experience configuring domain and role-based security.
  • Have familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements including SOX and GDPR
  • Have good working knowledge of Workday’s system administration (tenant management, version releases, regression testing)
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Have ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
