Job Description

Director of GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations at ServiceTrade leading the team to enhance revenue operations. Focusing on compensation design, GTM strategy, and insights to improve sales productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Model revenue targets and segment capacity
  • Use ICP, whitespace data, and market intelligence to define superior seller territories
  • Define the compensation philosophy and design role-specific incentive plans
  • Collaborate with teams to develop the GTM Tech Stack Roadmap
  • Produce data insights that drive specific territory actions
  • Define the standard reporting cadence focusing on critical metrics

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations
  • GTM Expertise
  • SaaS Numeracy
  • Tech Stack Expertise
  • Data Fluency
  • AI Builder
