Job Description
Director of GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations at ServiceTrade leading the team to enhance revenue operations. Focusing on compensation design, GTM strategy, and insights to improve sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Model revenue targets and segment capacity
- Use ICP, whitespace data, and market intelligence to define superior seller territories
- Define the compensation philosophy and design role-specific incentive plans
- Collaborate with teams to develop the GTM Tech Stack Roadmap
- Produce data insights that drive specific territory actions
- Define the standard reporting cadence focusing on critical metrics
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations
- GTM Expertise
- SaaS Numeracy
- Tech Stack Expertise
- Data Fluency
- AI Builder
