Job Description
Director of Product managing product vision and strategy for Muvr's mobility network platform. Responsible for driving growth and efficiency while ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Muvr’s product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Identify and prioritize customer, driver, and operator problems with the highest business impact
- Balance short-term wins with long-term platform and marketplace strategy
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and milestones
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in partnership with Engineering and Design
- Make fast, informed tradeoffs when priorities, timelines, or resources change
- Own end-to-end customer and supply-side experiences across web and mobile
- Improve conversion, fulfillment, reliability, retention, and trust
- Define success metrics and ensure teams ship with clear outcomes in mind
- Lead experimentation and learning across features, flows, and pricing-adjacent surfaces
- Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, Revenue, and Marketing
- Align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product team
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management
- Proven experience building and scaling products in high-growth tech environments
- Strong product sense with the ability to balance customer needs and business impact
- Data-driven decision maker with experience owning product metrics
- Demonstrated success leading and developing product teams
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, mobility, or on-demand platforms (preferred)
- Background working closely with engineering and data teams (preferred)
- Experience scaling multi-sided or operationally complex products (preferred)
