Job Description
Director of Product driving credit card and payments platform delivery for banks, fintechs, and global brands. Leading integrations, roadmap execution, and scalable financial product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution excellence, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities
- Establish cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver shared goals
- Focus on seamless execution across key areas of the credit card and payments platforms
- Support end-to-end product development from design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable product solutions
- Deliver complex partner integrations and drive continued growth in B2B clients
- Own delivery modules when deploying to new banks or fintech clients
- Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends
- Translate business and partner requirements into product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to improve product outcomes
- Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Rigorous analytical approach, design thinking & problem solving skills
- High agency and curiosity
- 7+ years of product or engineering experience
- Strong domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments, including prepaid and cross-border
- Strong ability to solve business problems in a multi-faceted complex platform ecosystem
- Demonstrated interest in driving growth through innovation and execution
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver results
- Proven experience supporting large scale B2B product implementations (bonus)
- Hands-on coding experience (bonus)
- Experience working with AI/LLMs and collaborating closely with technical teams (bonus)
