Job Description

QA Engineer with experience in testing Dynamics 365 CRM applications. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality through design, testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of CRM modules and custom components.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage.
  • Execute test cases, document defects, and verify fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide accurate test reporting and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in QA testing, including at least 2+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Knowledge of CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
