Job Description
ELO ECM consultant designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise content management solutions for DATAGROUP, a leading German IT services provider. Advising customers, delivering training, and managing implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design processes and develop customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers
- Advise customers and support them in using their ELO ECM system
- Deliver training and user onboarding sessions
- Install and implement ELO and add-ons
- Plan and organize projects to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects
- Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and optimal solutions
Requirements:
- Several years of experience with ELO ECM
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly to different target audiences
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies, with the ability to quickly get up to speed in new areas
- Customer focus, team spirit, and a professional demeanor
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive approach
- Good German skills and basic English skills
