Job Description
Engenheiro eletricista configurando e integrando plataformas SCADA/ADMS para redes de transmissão e distribuição da TIVIT. Garantindo operação em tempo real, automação, comunicação industrial e suporte técnico.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, parameterize and update supervisory operational systems (SAGE, Elipse Power/E3, and Siemens Spectrum Power)
- Develop and maintain the topological database of the electrical network for advanced distribution applications, including FLISR/Self‑Healing, VVO/Volt‑VAR Optimization and State Estimator
- Configure telemetry, signaling and control databases using industrial energy communication protocols
- Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to integrate new substations, Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and IEDs into SCADA/ADMS
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults in real‑time within the Network Operations Center (NOC/OSC)
- Specify, configure, integrate and maintain supervision, control and automation systems for transmission and distribution electrical networks
- Ensure real‑time operational reliability, communication protocol integration and implementation of advanced network functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering or Energy Engineering
- Active professional engineering license (CREA)
- Proven prior experience with utilities, automation system integrators or electrical sector consultancies
- Advanced technical English for reading documentation, manuals and liaising with international vendors
- Proficiency in SAGE (CEPEL), Elipse Power/E3 and Siemens Spectrum Power (SCADA/ADMS)
- Knowledge of real‑time system architectures, transmission/distribution networks and ADMS advanced functions
- Familiarity with protocols IEC 60870‑5‑104, IEC 60870‑5‑101, DNP3, IEC 61850 and Modbus
- Knowledge of RTUs, IEDs, protective relays, reclosers and substation network architecture
- Basic understanding of OT networks, firewalls, industrial switches, Linux and Windows Server
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL and scripting in Python or Shell
- Concepts of operational (OT) cybersecurity and standards such as IEC 62443 and ONS guidelines
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure, systems thinking and analytical skills, assertive communication, collaboration, adaptability and continuous learning
- Postgraduate degree or certification in Power Systems Automation, Industrial Cybersecurity or Smart Grids — desirable
- Experience integrating renewable sources or microgrids into SCADA — a plus
