Job Description

Senior Engineer providing support for SAP Variant Configuration, creating SAP Bills of Material and ensuring data integrity for clean energy solutions at Westinghouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the SAP Variant Configuration (VC) module and processes
  • Create SAP Bills of Material to support planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions
  • Support system upgrades and ensure SAP master data integrity, quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Process engineering change notices in the SAP BoM database
  • Originate supporting documentation to meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Verify the work of peers and provide technical guidance, training, and direction to others
  • Lead on project teams, including Master Data Management teams
  • Manage SAP Material Master data activities, such as routine maintenance and data cleansing efforts
  • Implement master data setup, validations, and maintenance following business procedures, processes, and work instructions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of experience
  • SAP experience required
  • Helpful: SAP Variant configuration (VC module) experience
  • Experience creating SAP BoM models
  • Knowledge of overall design of Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR)
  • Ability to interpret, and document complex business processes
  • Experience with Power BI
