Job Description

Engineering Team Lead responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing Tier 1 and 2 technicians at SWK Technologies. Engaging in technical discussions and enhancing service efficiency in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with clients directly onsite and remotely
  • Install or maintain desktops, servers and network environment
  • Responsible for a team of Tier 1 and 2 level technicians
  • Participate in weekly tech meetings to discuss the latest technologies
  • Help in the development of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of services
  • Grow your skill-set in a friendly and professional work environment

Requirements:

  • A high school degree and at least 3 years experience in the IT service industry
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Basic System Administrator skills
  • Basic networking skills
  • Scripting and automation skills ie powershell
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Intune etc.
  • Moderate knowledge of routers, firewalls and TCP/IP protocol
  • Current technology certifications may be beneficial
  • Experience with RMM tools and ticketing software ie Halo PSA
