Job Description
AI Safety Specialist reviewing English conversations and labeling AI responses. Helping Mercor’s AI lab and enterprise partners train and enhance frontier models.
Responsibilities:
- Review short English-language conversations
- Evaluate how well AI responses address user requests
- Read user prompts and AI responses
- Apply appropriate labels using project guidelines
- Work independently across assigned batches
- Submit structured feedback
Requirements:
- Strong English reading comprehension
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Prior review or annotation experience is helpful, but not required
- Must work as an independent contractor
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
