Job Description
Enterprise Architect (Azure) focusing on cloud architecture and integration solutions using Microsoft Azure. Guiding DevOps practices and advising on project architecture decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a company-wide cloud architecture strategy based on Microsoft Azure.
- Design and implement integration solutions using Azure Service Bus.
- Conceptualize, implement, and roll out API management solutions to securely expose APIs.
- Initiate and support AI activities in client projects and integrate CoPilot agentic AI.
- Take responsibility for architectures of relational and NoSQL databases, including their scaling.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on architecture decisions and best practices.
- Optimize deployments in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Create architecture blueprints and roadmaps, accompanied by precise documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable role.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Service Bus and API Management.
- Experience with microservices architectures, event-driven design, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of database architectures (SQL, NoSQL) and data governance.
- Familiarity with modern security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, API security).
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform).
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level.
- Independent and client-focused working style.
- Fluent German skills, both written and spoken.
