Job Description
Strategic Bridge Architect providing advisory services for business transformation in Japan. Leads projects in collaboration with the Global Delivery Center in India using Salesforce technology.
Responsibilities:
- 自らが主体となり、インドGDCのメンバーを率いてプロジェクトを完遂させる
- GDCとの共同デリバリーと手法の適用

- アドバイザリー&インプリメンテーション
- 文化・プロセスの仲介

Requirements:
- 10年以上のエンタープライズ・システムにおけるコンサルティング、またはITシステム構築プロセスの主導的な実務経験
- 戦略策定、要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・移行に至る一連のプロセスの深い知見
- 日本語 : 流暢
- 英語 : ビジネスレベル
- 日本とインドのIT開発文化の相違を理解し、その調整を自律的に行えること
- AIツール群を活用して自らの業務を高度化し、プロジェクトの付加価値を高める意欲があること
