Job Description
Ethical Auditor conducting factory and supplier compliance audits for QIMA, a global testing, inspection, and certification company. Preparing reports and communicating ethical compliance findings to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ethical audits at factories, suppliers, and other facilities
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations
- Prepare audit reports
- Communicate audit findings to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major
- Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, and BSCI
- Work experience in 3rd party auditing
- Experience in Environmental Audit
- Recent experience conducting SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audits within the last 12 months
- Good command of spoken English
- Experience conducting ethical audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Certification as a Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is mandatory
