Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer working with GTM teams using Endgame's AI platform for measurable impact in sales. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver value.
Responsibilities:
- Pair with sales to technically align Endgame with their systems
- Lay the foundation post-close, run a build → pilot → GA loop for every use case
- Drive adoption end-to-end
- Be the technical voice in security and architecture reviews
- Build strong relationships with technical champions
- Sit in R&D syncs and shape what we build next
Requirements:
- 5+ years building production software
- Comfortable in a Python or TypeScript codebase
- Hands-on with LLMs in production
- Prior customer-facing engineering experience
- Strong taste for what production-grade actually means
- A good teacher
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
