Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer building tailored AI integrations for ElevenLabs, an AI voice and media company. Delivering strategic customer projects with Python and API expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Design tailored solutions with creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineers and executive teams
- Advise customers on the best use of ElevenLabs technologies
- Build full-scale integrations
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems
- Deliver high-impact solutions that help clients achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software development and software architecture
- Experience with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
- Ability to use logic to pursue optimal solutions
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
- Ability to work from anywhere in Mexico
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsites
