Job Description
Consultor técnico da EPI-USE projetando agentes de IA confiáveis para todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software. Integrando automações a repositórios, CI/CD, testes e governança.
Responsibilities:
- Help the team use AI agents reliably throughout the software development lifecycle
- Maintain engineering standards related to correctness, security, maintainability, operational reliability, and cost
- Design AI-assisted workflows for requirements, design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, deployment, and operational support
- Establish automated checks, evaluations, tests, and approval gates for AI-generated outputs
- Integrate AI agent capabilities with repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and existing governance processes
Requirements:
- Experience beyond demonstrations or one-off experiments
- Evidence of systems used by software engineers or integrated into real-world development workflows
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for requirements, design, coding, testing, code review, documentation, deployment, or operational support
- Experience improving the reliability and consistency of model-generated code
- Experience establishing automated checks, evaluations, tests, and approval stages for AI-generated outputs
- Ability to determine when work should be performed by a single agent, multiple specialized agents, or conventional automation
- Experience diagnosing recurring issues in agent behavior and systematically improving workflows
- Knowledge of protecting source code, credentials, customer data, prompts, tools, and generated artifacts
- Knowledge of selecting, storing, and transmitting information between workflow stages while maintaining it within model context limits
- Ability to measure and manage latency, token consumption, model usage, and operational costs
- Experience integrating with existing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and governance processes
