Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer building tailored AI integrations for strategic customers at ElevenLabs, an AI voice and audio company. Coding in Python and shaping technical architectures for high-impact deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Work hands-on to deliver high-impact tailored solutions
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineers and executive teams
- Ensure effective use of ElevenLabs’ AI technologies
- Design technical architectures and product features
- Build full-scale integrations
- Solve complex customer problems through coding and technical expertise
- Help customers achieve their goals and push the limits of ElevenLabs’ technology
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software development
- Understanding of software architecture
- Experience with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
- Ability to use logic to pursue optimal solutions
- Must reside in the United Kingdom
- Regular travel for customer onsites
