Job Description

FP&A Manager owning planning, forecasting, and reporting for Engage3’s store-level pricing data and subscription services business. Connecting financial results to commercial and operating drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly planning and forecasting cycle, including model updates, forecast refreshes, and leadership reporting
  • Maintain an integrated, driver-based operating model connecting revenue, operating expenses, balance sheet, cash flow, and key business metrics across multiple entities and currencies
  • Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses covering growth, retention, pricing, cost structure, cash requirements, and executive decisions
  • Prepare the monthly management reporting package, including results versus plan and prior forecast, variance explanations, KPIs, and updated financial outlook
  • Partner with Accounting after each close to align management reporting with the general ledger and reconcile cash, debt, revenue, and other material balances
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate pipeline quality, bookings, contract value, recurring revenue, renewals, churn, expansion, and customer concentration
  • Provide financial guidance to functional leaders, test operating assumptions, and translate business decisions into expected financial outcomes
  • Improve FP&A processes, data controls, and reporting automation while maintaining ownership, version control, and review standards
  • Support board, lender, investor, audit, and other strategic finance work with timely, accurate analysis and materials

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, audit, or a closely related discipline
  • Ownership of a complete monthly or quarterly planning and reporting cycle
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Working understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience using NetSuite for reporting, trial-balance and subledger analysis, and multi-subsidiary financial information
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills
  • Practical understanding of opportunities, contracts, amendments, upsells, and renewals and their effect on pipeline and recurring revenue reporting
  • Experience reconciling CRM data with contracted, billed, and recognized revenue
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency reporting or consolidation
  • Experience with recurring-revenue metrics such as ARR, gross and net retention, expansion, CAC payback, and cohort performance
  • Experience in a data, analytics, software, or information services business is preferred
  • Experience supporting an audit or preparing a company for its first financial statement audit is preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, products and price books, subscription or contract objects, dashboards, or Salesforce-to-ERP integrations is preferred
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and remain effective in a growing business with evolving processes
