Job Description
Full Stack Developer role for Tieto DevOps Space, requiring skills in React, Java, and Python. Develop and maintain features for a multi-cloud infrastructure-management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features across the stack (React frontend + Java and Python backend)
- Design and implement integrations with external cloud and SDLC systems
- Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design
- Write ensure code quality across services
- Work independently on end-to-end feature delivery
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
- Lead daily standups and retrospectives (rotation-based)
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers on deployments and environment support
- Help mitigate technical debt and improve codebase maintainability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong React, Java + Spring development experience
- Python development experience (or ability and willingness to learn)
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with service-based architecture
- Experience with Docker and container-based development
- Comfortable working in Linux (Bash, common tools, troubleshooting)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive features end-to-end
- Ability to contribute effectively in Agile teams and present completed work at demos.
