Job Description
Full Stack Developer responsible for frontend and backend development with a focus on Databricks. Building intuitive user interfaces and scalable APIs in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Build performant, secure, and intuitive user interfaces using Next.js/React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python.
- Work hands-on with Databricks to query, manage, and optimize Delta Lake datasets.
- Use AI coding tools effectively for rapid prototyping, refactoring, and debugging.
- Implement real-time communication mechanisms to deliver live updates to frontend applications.
- Collaborate with data and platform teams to support event-driven processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js, Go, or Python on the backend.
- Proven experience working with Databricks, including Databricks SQL, Delta Lake tables, and managed data access.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and building services that interact with managed data platforms.
- Working knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, RBAC, and managed identity services.
- Strong ability to collaborate with AI coding assistants through effective prompt design, context structuring, and critical evaluation of generated code.
