Job Description
Full Stack Staff Engineer designing and implementing scalable systems in a fast-growing AI startup. Collaborating with teams to create innovative user experiences and mentor developers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable systems across our entire tech stack
- Develop server-side logic, design and manage databases, and create responsive front-end interfaces
- Architect solutions using TypeScript, working with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis to create high-performance applications
- Mentor other developers to foster a culture of code quality and best practices
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create robust and novel experiences
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in full stack development
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, API design, and system architecture
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor junior developers
- Passion for clean, maintainable code and automated testing
