Job Description
Functional Analyst supporting corporate applications and managing incidents, leveraging technical skills in Java. Collaborating with development teams to ensure proper application functionality in Brazil's corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for corporate applications, manage incidents, analyze processes, and collaborate technically with development teams.
- Ensure proper functioning of applications by analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
- Perform initial triage, classification, and redirect issues to the appropriate owners when necessary.
- Provide functional support for applications such as AGCO Portal, DDI, VMI, Dealer Portal, and JD Edwards via MDG.
- Contribute technically by applying Java knowledge for troubleshooting and supporting integrations.
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the supported applications and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Functional Analyst in corporate environments.
- Familiarity with applications such as AGCO Portal, DDI, VMI, Dealer Portal, JD Edwards and MDG.
- Strong experience with Incident Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Technical knowledge of Java for analysis, debugging and integration support.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes, data flows and integrations.
- Good communication skills for interacting with functional teams, technical teams and business areas.
