Job Description
Global DAM Specialist managing digital assets, metadata, rights, and workflows for Stanley Black & Decker’s global tool brands. Remote from any city in Colombia.
Responsibilities:
- Ingest digital assets according to global standards and requirements, following the business S&OP
- Monitor asset quality, file naming conventions, and taxonomy compliance
- Organize and maintain the digital asset library with accurate metadata
- Maintain metadata standards and implement updates to improve searchability and asset discovery
- Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and digital rights for all assets
- Track asset expiration dates, renew rights as necessary, and remove expired assets
- Support global upload workflows and approval processes
- Support enforcement of embargoes, usage rights, and expiration dates
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline asset ingestion
- Support additional projects and directives aligned with company initiatives and objectives
Requirements:
- Candidates must be in Colombia
- Experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, or Widen Collective
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, for minor asset adjustments
- Ability to use analytics tools to generate insights on asset usage, user activity, and performance metrics
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while coordinating with stakeholders across global teams
- Familiarity with copyright laws, licensing, and digital rights management best practices
