Job Description
Remote Global Study Manager coordinating client relationships, budgets, risks, and milestones for Labcorp’s global clinical laboratory trials. Managing study delivery across clients, CROs, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contact for clients and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp
- Ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members for seamless study delivery
- Provide project management oversight focused on client deliverables, budget, risk, and milestone management
- Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and requirements
- Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities
- Act as a client ambassador within Labcorp Central Labs and across Labcorp business units
- Work with internal and external personnel to understand assigned clients’ culture and pipeline
- Participate in functional meetings and provide input while keeping processes up to date
- Comply with Central Labs Global Project Management strategy
- Support continuous improvement, quality, and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 years or more of experience in clinical research
- 2 years or more of project management experience
- 2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience
- Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, including handling escalations and delivering high-quality client support
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and manage competing deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
