Job Description

Graphic Designer creating conversion-focused campaigns and brand assets for WP Media’s WordPress products. Designing ads, web visuals, and marketing collateral across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns by defining creative angles and developing full asset sets from marketing briefs
  • Design display banners across standard sizes and paid social creatives to enable testing and performance iteration
  • Design and adjust website visuals to support conversion and campaign goals
  • Create social media graphics, email banners, infographics, illustrations, ebooks, and print materials
  • Contribute ideas to evolve and refine brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Stay informed on design trends, competitor work, and design best practices
  • Report to the Head of Marketing
  • Collaborate daily with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders through calls and Slack
  • Shape the visual identity of WP Rocket, Imagify, and RocketCDN

Requirements:

  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer within a SaaS, tech, software, or digital product environment
  • Proven experience designing display advertising and paid social ad creative, including banner sets across standard formats and sizes and multiple variations for performance testing
  • Proven experience designing landing pages, website visuals, and other web assets built to convert
  • Comfortable designing email, infographic, and organic social formats, with knowledge of platform-specific best practices
  • Experience working with and evolving an existing brand identity, with a strong sense of visual consistency
  • Ability to translate campaign angles or briefs into compelling, on-brand visual assets
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and relevant Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Currently based in Europe and able to work within European working hours
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous remote job experience appreciated
  • Understanding that marketing design should address the audience, message, brand, and business goal
