Job Description

Graphic Designer creating impactful social ad designs for top brands at RocketAds. Focus on performance-driven creative solutions and modern design tools in a remote-first EU environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You develop the visual concepts that ensure our in-feed ads not only stand out but also perform
  • Design social-first ad visuals for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube
  • Develop hooks, layout structures, visual hierarchies & conversion-focused designs
  • Produce variant derivatives (A/B tests), iterations & design breakdowns based on performance data
  • Creatively evolve existing design approaches — new styles, new formats, new mechanics
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists to translate marketing hypotheses into visual experiments
  • Use modern tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva speed-prototyping, optional motion/GIF
  • Run rapid prototyping loops based on live data & testing results
  • Visually develop new ad frameworks: Direct Response, Testimonial, Product-First, Problem-Solution, and more

Requirements:

  • Very strong skills in at least one of the common design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Understanding of social media mechanics: hook focus, scrolling psychology, attention triggers
  • Performance mindset: you want to understand why a visual works — not just how it looks
  • Ability to combine brand aesthetics with conversion logic
  • Fast learner, visual concept thinking & iterative working style
  • Interest in experimental design approaches, AI tools & testing logic
  • Motivation to take ownership rather than just work on tickets
  • Bonus: experience with simple motion graphics, micro-animations, or creative testing
