Job Description
Marketing Designer at Moburst creating innovative designs for digital platforms and campaigns. Collaborating with teams to align designs with brand strategy in fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and strategic concepts for campaigns and app store assets.
- Create high-quality visual designs for digital platforms, including banners, videos, app store screenshots, social posts, and other graphic elements.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure design concepts align with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Communicate effectively with management and clients to present ideas, receive feedback, and refine concepts and designs.
- Own projects from A to Z - concept to delivery - with minimal hand-holding.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, preferably at an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Veo 3, etc.) and a proactive approach to leveraging them for faster, smarter creative output.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing your time effectively and multitasking responsibly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle constructive feedback.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Drawing ability - an advantage.
