Job Description
Graphic Design Intern at Katz Media Group creating visuals for print and digital. Collaborating with designers on projects and maintaining brand identity with effective designs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Katz Design Team to create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire and inform our clients.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and the Senior Designers on the development of layouts for ads, invitations, logos, info graphics, corporate identity materials, newsletters, signage and web design.
- Assist the Senior Designer with updating our image library by sourcing photos and imagery for our company websites, as well as our employee intranet site.
- Participate in discussions to review and apply constructive design feedback from supervisors and clients.
- Participate in meetings with Senior Designers and Website developers.
Requirements:

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest
- Interpersonal skills: collaboration with others
- Work experience in media field a plus
- Career interest in media industry
- Full-time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four-year college
- Minimum 3.2 GPA
- Media field of study a plus, e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism
- College/university transcript
