Job Description
Head of People leading HR strategies and operations within a tech company. Collaborating across global teams to enhance employee experience and performance management postures.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to define and execute Somnio's People strategy.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function, improving hiring processes.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle and ensure operational execution.
- Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Strengthen Somnio's culture through collaboration, engagement, and inclusion.
- Leverage data and technology to improve decision-making and optimize People processes.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.
- Previous experience leading People or HR teams.
- Experience in software companies or fast-growing technology organizations.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
- Experience working with distributed and international teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
