Job Description

Head of People leading HR strategies and operations within a tech company. Collaborating across global teams to enhance employee experience and performance management postures.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to define and execute Somnio's People strategy.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function, improving hiring processes.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle and ensure operational execution.
  • Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen Somnio's culture through collaboration, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Leverage data and technology to improve decision-making and optimize People processes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.
  • Previous experience leading People or HR teams.
  • Experience in software companies or fast-growing technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
  • Experience working with distributed and international teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
