Job Description
Healthcare quality auditor conducting behavioral health audits for CVS Health. Improving clinical services through quality measurement, corrective actions, and field-based reviews across Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and ongoing implementation of QM Work Plan activities
- Improve quality products and services through measurement and analysis
- Process and evaluate audit information and make recommendations to meet QM objectives
- Complete a variety of medical and clinical audits
- Conduct exit interviews with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results
- Assist with developing corrective action plans
- Develop audit tools for all populations
- Track completion of corrective action plans
- Complete data entry on all audit tools
- Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines
- Participate in QM meetings
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral health
- Must reside in Maricopa County, Arizona
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within Arizona
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to audit independently
- Ability to learn quickly and remain adaptable in an evolving environment
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in an outpatient behavioral health environment
- Previous experience working with medical records and/or Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience plus high school diploma or GED)
