Job Description
Information security program manager managing U.S. customer portfolios for Cofense, a phishing defense company. Delivering simulated phishing programs, remediation reporting, and security guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers and maintain client satisfaction
- Support all Cofense products used by assigned clients
- Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Coordinate onboarding, product implementation, and the full customer lifecycle
- Perform risk management to minimize churn
- Demonstrate product and service value and present ROI information to stakeholders
- Identify concerns and risks and share them with internal account partners and leadership
- Develop get-well plans to minimize risk and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain comprehensive account documentation and perform administrative tasks in CSM tools
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
- Ensure tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist with project scope and objective definition and ensure technical feasibility
- Manage service profitability and increase customer product commitment
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
- Own customers' simulated phishing defense programs and meet contractual requirements
- Recommend customized phishing programs aligned with best practices, threat landscape, and customer goals
- Produce client-ready analytic deliverables
- Share analytics and make operational and strategic recommendations based on security goals and success indicators
- Run simulated phishing programs for Managed Training clients using Cofense solutions
- Deliver monthly remediation reports and personalized meetings for assigned Managed Remediation clients
- Travel to client sites as necessary
- Train newer team members and collaborate on cross-training and process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and organizational risk
- Analytical and process-focused mindset
- Project and program management skills
- Ability to work independently to prepare and present client deliverables
- Fundamental understanding of messaging, SMTP, and email products
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, AI tools, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity
- 2–4 years of experience applying analytic methodologies and principles related to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management
- 2–4 years of experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity
- CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification a plus
- Information Security and Program Management experience preferred
- ChurnZero experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Travel to client sites may be required
- Communication proficiency listed as novice
- Detail-oriented behavior and goal-completion motivation preferred
