Job Description

Analista de Inovação gerenciando PoCs e acelerando startups soft tech e deep tech para grandes corporações. Facilitando sprints, validando hipóteses e conduzindo maturidade tecnológica e comercial até a continuidade contratual.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead scope alignment, structure the PoC Canvas, define the RACI matrix and monitor SLAs for access/credentialing
  • Oversee execution of hypothesis testing in operational/real environments, ensuring collection of performance evidence
  • Support development of the technical-financial business case, map manufacturing maturity (MRL), define intellectual property (IP) strategy and prepare for contractual transition
  • Set up and run follow-up cadences tailored to the solution profile (deep tech or soft tech)
  • Keep central management tools and documents up to date
  • Monitor progress based on the PoC Canvas hypotheses and indicators
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator between startups, corporate technical/business stakeholders and leadership
  • Conduct ongoing stakeholder acculturation on follow-up cadences, hypothesis validation and program governance
  • Monitor the 1:1 relationship between stakeholder and startup, identifying needs for backup/alternate contacts or operational bottlenecks
  • Map startup business bottlenecks during sprint meetings
  • Activate and offer a portfolio of mentorships and customized services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
  • Proven experience managing open innovation projects, overseeing proofs of concept (PoCs), pilot projects or MVP development
  • Proficiency in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup)
  • Proficient with Trello, Planner, advanced Excel, Google Workspace and SharePoint
  • Practical knowledge of the TRL (Technology Readiness Level) and CRL (Commercial Readiness Level) scales
  • Ability to bridge technical startup language and the corporate/executive language of large industrial companies
  • Experience with CPSI or Brazil’s Innovation Legal Framework (Marco Legal da Inovação) (desirable)
  • Experience with deep tech/hard tech and heavy industry (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of Intellectual Property and regulation (desirable)
  • Knowledge of major open innovation players in Brazil, including accelerators, corporate venture capital (CVC) firms, investment funds, research & technology institutions (ICTs), EMBRAPII and public funding agencies (desirable)
