Job Description

Instructional Systems Designer providing education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency, coordinating training development and supporting subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for training development.
  • Develop detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training.
  • Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process, adult learning theory, and multimedia best practices.
  • Coordinate outreach to library program development personnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of literature, research, and existing courses as assigned.
  • Conduct instruction delivery and facilitation of professional development topics to management-level personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the curriculum design space.
  • Clearance Requirement : Must be able to pass a DOD background investigation, current DOD background investigation preferred.
