Job Description

Integrated Business Planning Analyst responsible for data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams at Ocean Spray. Collecting business data and performing calculations to support planning processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects data and performs metric calculations.
  • Consolidates and distills data from multiple sources/teams: sales, inventory, etc.
  • Keeps cross-functional projects organized; oversees and owns communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Supports & participates in integrated business planning process.
  • Executes ad hoc analysis and requests as required.
  • SAP experienced preferred.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proven analytical skills that can both address business questions as well as discover issues from data
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • PowerBI and data visualization experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years business analytics experience
