Job Description
Interview Engineer facilitating coding interviews for Karat's developer hiring platform. Evaluating candidates and helping improve inclusive, objective hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge
- Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge-question answers, and coding approach
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products
- Create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
- Resume must be submitted in English
- Candidates must be located in Argentina / eligible countries listed on Karat's website
