Job Description
Business Partnering role focused on leading business analysis for Real Estate and Corporate Security technology at Fresenius Medical Care. Collaborating with business owners to define and manage digital strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for new requirements / business process optimization
- Define and manage the digital strategy and roadmap for relevant platforms
- Evaluate and implement approved new functionality
- Ensure all system changes are delivered according to approved requirements
- Fulfill all testing and quality assurance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in Global Real Estate and Corporate Security Technology experience preferred
- IT Business Partnering Experience production environment across 50+ countries
- Experience knowledge of implementing and supporting business systems in regulated environments
- Track record for being able to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions
